Overview
The Summary.
A CPA affiliate network was processing more traffic than its existing infrastructure could reliably handle. Routing delays, slow payouts, and difficult partner integrations affected daily work. The team also lacked live media buying tools, leaving revenue opportunities unaddressed. VARTEQ developed a service for high traffic volumes and tools for affiliate operations, improving routing, payouts, and coordination with partners.
About the project. A CPA affiliate network that connects campaign traffic, partners and payouts.
Engagement length. 5 months to delivery; 2 weeks of setup and planning. Original plan: 6 months.
The challenge.
- Client need: Growing campaign traffic was causing routing delays and payout problems. The network also needed media buying controls and better connections to partner services.
- Discovery findings: Aging infrastructure, manual affiliate administration, and limited monitoring were behind the delays. Payouts and media buying tasks needed automated controls.
The solution.
- A high-volume routing service, configurable affiliate payout panels, partner integrations, a media buying admin panel, Telegram notifications, and an API for users and partners.
We used cloud infrastructure and microservices to support increasing traffic and keep the service available during failures. The work included:
- A routing service designed for high traffic volumes.
- Configurable affiliate panels for managing payouts.
- API connections to partner systems, including Affise.
- An admin panel for managing media buying campaigns.
- A Telegram bot that sends updates as events occur.
- A documented API for users and integration partners.

A Shared Platform for Data Preparation and Model Training
Labeling requests, data collection, and model experiments were spread across tools with little consistency in how work was assigned or tracked. VARTEQ brought these activities into a data platform with a task marketplace, automated pipelines, and human review. Hypothesis validation costs fell by over 40%, while efficiency on dataset tasks improved by more than 60%.

Turning Permit Records into Timely Sales Outreach
A US kitchen manufacturer used permit activity to find sales opportunities, but manual searches and scattered contact records delayed outreach. VARTEQ built a system that monitors permits, sends records to HubSpot, and triggers SMS, email, and phone follow-up. Lead engagement time fell by 60%, and the number of qualified leads grew by 25%.
